Undg\u00e5 kornolier med for meget omega-6 (solsikke, majs, vindruekerner, raps eller crisco). Steg i Ghee, sm\u00f8r eller oliven-\/ kokosolie.<\/p><p><strong>Spis fede n\u00f8dder<\/strong> (Pekan, macadamia)<\/p><p><strong>Spis hele naturlige f\u00f8devarer<\/strong>. Forarbejdning \u00f8del\u00e6gger n\u00e6ringsv\u00e6rdien.<\/p><p>En let metode til den rigtige fordeling er at se din tallerken. Halvdelen skal v\u00e6re gr\u00f8ntsager, 25% protein og 25% fedt. Vi skal have cirka 100 g protein og 20-40 g fedt ved hvert m\u00e5ltid<\/p><p><b>Med de f\u00f8rste 2 trin vil du kunne f\u00e5 dit blodsukker ned p\u00e5 et normalt niveau i l\u00f8bet af 2-3 m\u00e5neder.
