Du kan ogs\u00e5 m\u00e5le dit blodtryk.<\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Den vigtigste indikator p\u00e5 din vej til at stoppe Diabetes 2 er dit <strong>blodsukker<\/strong>. Du kan f\u00e5 en gratis m\u00e5ler hos producenten (eller k\u00f8be den p\u00e5 apoteket) og der er kommunale tilskud til k\u00f8b af m\u00e5lesticks.<\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ved at m\u00e5le dit blodsukker l\u00e6rer du din krop at kende p\u00e5 en ny m\u00e5de og kan f\u00f8lge med i udviklingen. I begyndelsen vil selv sm\u00e5 m\u00e6ngder kulhydrater give store stigninger i blodsukker, men <strong>efterh\u00e5nden vil din nye kost og interval faste f\u00e5 dit blodsukker ned p\u00e5 normale niveauer<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/h5><ul><li>Normalomr\u00e5det er 4-7 mmol\/l inden et m\u00e5ltid, 2 timer efter skal du v\u00e6re under 10, og ved sengetid under 6.<\/li><li>N\u00e5r dit blodsukker er kommet ned i normalomr\u00e5det kan du eksperimentere lidt. Lav en liste over det du gerne vil kunne spise og m\u00e5l hvordan det p\u00e5virker dig. Tag en m\u00e5ling f\u00f8r du spiser, f.eks. en kartoffel, en fl\u00f8deskumskage, eller et stykke slik, og m\u00e5l s\u00e5 dit blodsukker 2 timer efter indtagelsen. Hvis du er under 10 mmol\/l s\u00e5 er det ok.<\/li><li>V\u00e6r opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5 at dit blodsukker er forh\u00f8jet n\u00e5r du v\u00e5gner om morgenen, det skyldes hormonet kortisol, som g\u00f8r dig klar til en ny dag. Kroppen danner selv glykose (processen glykoneogenesis) for at give musklerne energi.<ul><li>Hvis du springer morgenmaden over kan du f\u00e5 et bedre billede af hvor lavt dit blodsukker er ved at m\u00e5le lige f\u00f8r frokost.<\/li><li>Du kan s\u00e6nke det yderligere ved at dyrke motion (kredsl\u00f8bstr\u00e6ning) om formiddagen.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nogle blodsukkerm\u00e5lere kan ogs\u00e5 <strong>m\u00e5le ketoner<\/strong> (kr\u00e6ver ketonsticks) s\u00e5 du kan f\u00f8lge med i om du er i ketose, og alts\u00e5 br\u00e6nder fedt af. Hvis du ikke taber dig kan du m\u00e5le om der er noget at det du drikker under faste som \u00f8del\u00e6gger ketose. <\/span><\/h5><ul><li>Nogle oplever at sukkerfri sodavand ikke er godt for ketose.<\/li><li>Ketose begynder f\u00f8rst rigtigt efter ca. 11 timers faste<\/li><\/ul><h5>\u00a0<\/h5><h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hvis du anskaffer en avanceret badev\u00e6gt kan den m\u00e5le din <strong>fedtprocent<\/strong>. Det er et bedre m\u00e5l en din v\u00e6gt, som helt naturligt kan svinge meget.<\/span><\/h5><ul><li>Fedtprocent er et relativt m\u00e5l, som vil v\u00e6re mere retvisende for dit v\u00e6gttab end din v\u00e6gt, men den bev\u00e6ger sig jo ogs\u00e5 n\u00e5r du taber dig, s\u00e5 derfor er det sv\u00e6rt at sammenlige over tid.<\/li><li>Du kan beregne din fedtm\u00e6ngde ved at gange din v\u00e6gt med fedtprocenten. Hvis du g\u00f8r det ugentlig s\u00e5 har du et tal der viser hvormeget fedt du taber.<\/li><li>M\u00e6ngden af fedt er en god indikator for hvor meget du har nedbragt dit insulinniveau da insulin er den der l\u00e6gger fedt p\u00e5 lager.<\/li><\/ul><h5>Nogle v\u00e6gte kan ogs\u00e5 beregne dit BMI, men det er et m\u00e5l du skal v\u00e6re forsigtig med. Det er meget forsimplet og kan vise helt forkert. Det bruges dog stadig meget af l\u00e6ger for at give patienten skylden for deres problemer.<\/h5><h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Livvidde<\/strong> er det nye sort indenfor for m\u00e5ling. Som vanligt med l\u00e6ger skal det v\u00e6re meget simpelt, s\u00e5 hvis din livvidde er mindre end 94 cm (mand) eller x cm (kvinde) er du OK, ellers er du for tyk. Du kan f\u00f8lge dit v\u00e6gttab ugentlig ved at m\u00e5le livvidden.<\/span><\/h5><ul><li>Dette m\u00e5l tager ikke hensyn til din individuelle bygning, men er den moderne rettesnor. Lidt primitiv, og minder lidt om det at lodde dybde med en snor n\u00e5r man sejler i stedet for at bruge et ekkolod.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-85729d9\" data-id=\"85729d9\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dfb1b32 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"dfb1b32\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Hvad kan din l\u00e6ge m\u00e5le?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-461c68d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"461c68d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Din l\u00e6ge kan m\u00e5le en masse andre parametre som kan vise om du er p\u00e5 sporet til at stoppe Diabetes 2<\/span><\/h4><p>Den prim\u00e6re m\u00e5ling er HbA1C, eller sladreblodsukker, som det popul\u00e6rt kaldes. Det er en gennemsnitsm\u00e5ling af det glykose der har bundet sig til h\u00e6maglobinet i dit blod. Det b\u00f8r ligge under 48.<\/p><p>Bem\u00e6rk ordet gennemsnit, det betyder at der er sat nogle foruds\u00e6tninger som ikke altid er opfyldt, f.eks. levetiden af dine blodceller. Vi har selv oplevet at vores l\u00e6ge siger at det g\u00e5r 1 m\u00e5ned tilbage, men andre siger at det g\u00e5r 2-3 m\u00e5neder tilbage.<\/p><p>Dette g\u00f8r at det ikke er et pr\u00e6cist m\u00e5l, men det bruges til at give dig diagnosen Diabetes 2, og dermed dine muligheder for tilskud til m\u00e5lesticks.<\/p><p>Det bedste er at m\u00e5le dit blodsukker en gang om dagen, inden det f\u00f8rste m\u00e5ltid, og s\u00e5 sammenligne udviklingen. Du kan med fordel bruge en app til dette.<\/p><p>Vi bruger selv MySugr, dels er den gratis n\u00e5r du k\u00f8ber en blodsukkerm\u00e5ler fra firmaet der laver den, dels kan den estimere dit HbA1C, men det kr\u00e6ver ca. 5 m\u00e5linger om dagen. Vi syntes det var rart i begyndelsen at kunne se udviklingen i HbA1C uden at skulle til l\u00e6gen.
